	We are seeking new product / invention submissions in the following categories:

	By using this invention submission form/website and/or making a submission, you (the “user” or “you”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service” or the "Agreement"). Before you may submit any invention information, you must read and accept all the terms and conditions in the Agreement. This Agreement is effective upon acceptance for new users and terms and conditions may be updated from time to time without notice to user. You hereby acknowledge and agree that: • By making a submission, you are accepting and agreeing to QVC’s Terms of Use. For full Terms of Use, please refer to QVC.com/GeneralTermsandConditions.content.html. • You are the owner of the invention information and are authorized to submit such information to QVC. • You understand that your submission is not confidential nor submitted in confidence or trust, and no confidential or fiduciary or other legal relationship is intended or created by making a submission. You are free to make this submission and that by doing so you are not infringing any prior obligation of confidentiality. • QVC may contact you for additional information and/or samples/prototypes if applicable. • You acknowledge that QVC and/or its affiliated or related entities (collectively the "QVC Entities") are diversified companies who may possess or come to possess information similar or identical to information contained in your submission, and you agree that any such similarity or identity shall not give rise to any claim or entitlement, whether for compensation, credit, or otherwise. • By making a submission, you hereby release the QVC Entities and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, members, employees, and licensees from any and all claims or liabilities relating to your submission. Criteria for QVC Next Presenters: • Unique brand/item currently not offered on QVC or QVC.com • Innovative product category/concept • Limited distribution • Fully developed product with available inventory to ship into one of our distribution centers on the delivery date(s) to be determined by QVC. Final item quantities to be determined by QVC. • If selected, QVC will contact you regarding required testing. Please reach out to QVC Approved Labs to have your product tested to make sure it complies with all initial QVC testing requirements. • Certificate of insurance meeting QVC’s insurance coverage requirements with “QVC, Inc.” listed as an additional insured. • You’ll need to provide a product sample packaged in accordance with QVC’s packaging requirements. QVC Buyer will contact you regarding your product sample. • Four to six hi-resolution images of your product suitable for use on QVC’s website and other platforms. Images showing your item in use and a “what you get” image are preferred. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions from any individuals appearing in your photos. • Inventor Bio: Two to three paragraphs about yourself and why you created this item. Please make sure that the bio includes your name and the “eureka” moment when you realized that this item was needed. Please be sure that your bio includes only information you’re comfortable sharing with QVC and the general public. • Optional 60–90-second video that shows your product in use if it truly needs to be demonstrated. Please don’t include voiceovers, music, or third-party content or logos. You’re responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions from any individuals appearing in your video. Criteria for QVC Next Presenters:

• Unique brand/item currently not offered on QVC or QVC.com

• Innovative product category/concept

• Limited distribution

• Fully developed product with available inventory to ship into one of our distribution centers on the delivery date(s) to be determined by QVC. Final item quantities to be determined by QVC.

• If selected, QVC will contact you regarding required testing. Please reach out to QVC Approved Labs to have your product tested to make sure it complies with all initial QVC testing requirements.

• Certificate of insurance meeting QVC’s insurance coverage requirements with “QVC, Inc.” listed as an additional insured.

• You’ll need to provide a product sample packaged in accordance with QVC’s packaging requirements. QVC Buyer will contact you regarding your product sample.

• Four to six hi-resolution images of your product suitable for use on QVC’s website and other platforms. Images showing your item in use and a “what you get” image are preferred. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions from any individuals appearing in your photos.

• Inventor Bio: Two to three paragraphs about yourself and why you created this item. Please make sure that the bio includes your name and the “eureka” moment when you realized that this item was needed. Please be sure that your bio includes only information you’re comfortable sharing with QVC and the general public.
