I am making this submission on a NON CONFIDENTIAL basis, and this submission creates no confidentiality obligation whatsoever.
By making this submission, I am not infringing any obligation or duty owed to anyone else, nor any prior obligation of confidentiality.
The Company may contact me for additional information, samples or prototypes if applicable, but the Company is under no obligation to do so.
