Use this 3-part form to submit your invention to the 2014 DRTV Product Summit

(NOTE: This is a time sensitive form. After one hour upon opening this submission page the form will time out and your information will be lost, so please plan accordingly.)

We are seeking new product / invention submissions in the following categories:

Following are some criteria for what DRTV companies are seeking:

*  Product should have mass appeal.
*  Product should be highly demonstrable.
*  Product should present a solution to solve a common problem. 
*  Most short-form DR products these days retail for $29.99 or less.

By using this invention submission form / website, you (the “user” or “you”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service” or the "Agreement").  Before you may submit any invention information, you must read and accept all the terms and conditions in the Agreement. This Agreement is effective upon submission of new inventions.

You hereby acknowledge: 

I understand that submitting my invention DOES NOT OBLIGATE ME TO PARTICIPATE NOR DOES IT LOCK MY INVENTION INTO AN AGREEMENT OR TRANSFER ANY RIGHTS IN MY INVENTION. 

I acknowledge that I am the owner of the invention information and am authorized to submit to InventionHome.  

I acknowledge that the disclosure is being made on a NON CONFIDENTIAL basis, and that no confidentiality obligations or legal relationships whatsoever are created by this invention submission.

I acknowledge that I am free to make this submission and that by doing so I am not infringing any prior obligation of confidentiality. 

I acknowledge that InventionHome may contact me for additional information and/or samples/prototypes if applicable.  

I acknowledge that my submission alone does not grant me access to the DRTV Product Summit, nor does it obligate me to attend the DRTV Product Summit.   

I acknowledge that InventionHome is not charging me an up-front fee for the submission, review, or presentation of my Invention at the DRTV Product Summit, however, I do understand that if my invention is selected and I agree to attend and present my invention that leads to a signed agreement, InventionHome will be entitled to a commission.  

I understand that if I am selected, InventionHome will send me a commission agreement outlining the terms of participation and commission percentage, which would be required to attend the event.  The commission would only be applicable if an agreement is signed as a direct result of the DRTV Summit and is set at 20% for a license agreement (Inventor keeps 80%) OR 5% for a wholesale / distribution agreement, which applies only to inventors with fully developed products with inventory.

I acknowledge that if selected by InventionHome to participate in the DRTV Product Summit, I will confirm or deny my attendance within seven (7) days of my selection notification, or will forfeit my right to attend.  

I understand that if selected, I am responsible for all travel, room and board expenses, and that InventionHome may require a refundable $200 deposit to reserve my spot.
